Housekeeping could use a major overhaul!!! We had to ask for clean towels and change our own sheets during a week-long stay. The trash cans are tiny and the spa was consistently dirty. Security might be a concern as well!!!

The charming decorations throughout the hotel created a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it accessible and comfortable for seniors like myself. The friendly staff seemed genuinely glad to assist, contributing to a delightful stay.

More seating in common areas would be appreciated.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast space felt cramped and could be improved for families needing more room to enjoy their meals comfortably.

Just a nice choice for a short layover in Salt Lake City with fantastic value. The staff here was super friendly, especially Mel at the front desk who recommended nearby places to explore. Make sure to enjoy the complimentary breakfast. it's got a great variety!

I had a comfortable stay in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The room was clean and cozy, which I loved. But there was some noise from the ice machine nearby that was kind of annoying. Also, I wish there were more choices for breakfast. Overall, it was decent, but a few tweaks could make it better.

room was not well maintained. I found peeling paint and a broken curtain upon arrival. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired.

I had a terrible experience during my stay. The room next to us had a maintenance machine that started up every 20 minutes, waking us up at 3 a.m. We also had a Do Not Disturb sign on our door, yet the staff entered anyway!

Clean, spacious room allowed for working and relaxing comfortably. Staff provided welcome amenities like bottled water and fresh cookies, which added a nice touch. The breakfast was decent, but the limited options didn't quite suit a family atmosphere. Noise from the ice vending machine was somewhat disruptive, and the location in an industrial area required a short drive for dining options.

We had a decent stay with clean rooms and comfy beds. The ice machine was noisy sometimes, which was kinda annoying. Breakfast was just okay, a bit limited for a family like ours. We loved having a snack bar available too! But the breakfast wait time was a bit long since there was only one person serving.
